We only collect personal data for purposes of running our business, for example for billing or delivery or if you make a direct enquiry about our products.

Occasionally we may contact your company about our products or services and could use your contact details for this purpose, if you don’t want that, you can cancel this at any time. When you make your first enquiry we will ask you if we can send marketing material, if you don’t agree, we won’t send any more.

We do not pass your details on to any third parties for their use and we store personal data on our own servers in the UK, we have a backup of this data stored securely off-site by our IT support team. Some of our data is held in the cloud on Microsoft managed servers in the UK and USA. Data is only held while we process business activity between us, we delete it after 7 years of inactivity.

You have the right to see what we hold about you and to make sure we have the right data on you. You can take the data away with you, have it deleted or request it to be rectified at any time, if there is no lawful impediment to that right. Our lawful basis for processing personal data has been identified for each piece of data we hold. If you are making a job application, we keep the data on file only until the vacant role is filled. We do not use it for any other purpose other than deciding on your suitability for a role.

We can assure you that the confidentiality and security of your data is of paramount importance to us.

We have analytics on our web site that we can use to find out where you have connected from, we use this data anonymously for market feedback. We can’t see your IP address directly, or identify you.”
