Quartz Material Product Range

• Tube GE214 from 3 to 50 mm OD
  Demanded worldwide by the Lamp, Infra-red, UV Germicidal, UV Curing, as well as the Semiconductor and Fiber Optic industries, for it's high transmission, purity, thermal resistance, low OH (hydroxyl), along with it's physical characteristics and excellent visual properties.
  
  
• Tube GE219 and GE254 from 3 to 50 mm OD
  GE 219 used in Ozone-Free or Germicidal applications and GE254 doped quartz, virtually blocks all UV-B and UV-C radiation.
  
  
• Tube GE214LD from 50 to 600 mm OD
  Large diameter Quartz tubes used by the Semiconductor and Fiber Optic industries for their purity, sag resistance, Low OH (hydroxyl), Low alkali and their physical characteristics and excellent visual properties.
  
  
• Tube synthetic GE021 from 3 to 50 mm OD
  Used by the Lamp industry, this high purity synthetic tubing permits deep UV transmission, increased lifetime and low OH (hydroxyl).
  
  
• Tube synthetic GE095 Deposition and Overcladding Tubes & Handles
  Used exclusively by Fiber Optic industries.
  
  
  
• Rod GE214 from 1 to 55 mm OD
  Clear fused Quartz rod which, satisfies the Semiconductor and Fiber Optic industry requirements for high purity, high temperature and low expansion coefficient characteristics.
  
  
• Plate GE214P and GE124 from 2.0 mm thickness
  Clear fused plate with high purity, good transmission, low OH (Hydroxyl) and excellent Infra-Red and Ultraviolet transmission properties.
  
  
• Boule (Block) material GE124 and GE144
  High purity and good transmission make this quartz block material suitable for manufacturing flat plates and machining complex shapes.
  
  
• Boule (Block) synthetic material GE012 and GE012 IR
  High purity synthetic quartz, where improved infra-red transmission is required.
